What belongs on a Request for Quote
Product, quantity, destination, and packing. A drawing if the part is custom. That is the spec the desk quotes from.
Hardware GST in India, agro FOB / CIF overseas
Agro lots are overseas only. Hardware can move in India on GST, or FOB / CIF from the west coast. Name the city for hardware, or the port for export.
Packing is named with the lot. It is not a SKU.
The bag sits on the quote. Agro lots and hardware parts do not share a pack. Write the pack you want named.
Papers we hold, and papers we arrange
Five marks sit on the books. SGS, HALAL, and ISO / GMP are arranged when the destination names them. Organic is not listed as held.
Brass is home metal. It is not the only metal.

Cereals are not pulses
Rice, wheat, and maize are cereals. Chickpea, pigeon pea, mung, urad, and lentil are pulses. They are not the same RFQ.
Chickpea is quoted to count and colour
Count, colour, and purity belong on the pulse RFQ. Split dal is a different line from whole seed.
Sesame and groundnut are quoted to oil and purity
Oil, purity, and size belong on the oilseed RFQ. In-shell groundnut is not the same lot as kernels.
Fresh onion and green chilli are not dry lots
Fresh reefer loads and dried forms for processors are different quotes. Size and packing change with the form.
Onion, garlic, and ginger powder are quoted to mesh
Mesh, flakes, and granules are different lines. Private label is named when the order has artwork.
