Product, quantity, destination, and packing. A drawing if the part is custom. That is the spec the desk quotes from.
A quote is only as tight as the request. Name the SKU or the part, the quantity, and the destination. Agro lots need an overseas port. Hardware can be a city in India or a port. Add packing. If the hardware is custom, attach the drawing.
For agro lots write the form (whole, powder, flakes) and the grade you need. Agro is quoted Free On Board (FOB) or Cost, Insurance and Freight (CIF) from Mundra, Pipavav, or Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) — not on a Goods and Services Tax (GST) invoice in India.
For catalogue hardware write metal, size, standard, finish, and count. Stainless steel (SS) 304 hex bolt M8 × 40, Deutsches Institut für Normung (DIN) 933, is a request. “Bolts” is not.
We reply within 24–48 hours once that spec is complete. If a number is missing, we will ask — we will not guess it onto the quote.
