Fresh reefer loads and dried forms for processors are different quotes. Size and packing change with the form.
Green chilli and onion are quoted fresh or dried. A reefer load is not a dehydrated powder. Write the form first.
Fresh onion typically wants mesh bags or ventilated cartons. Fresh chilli wants reefer cartons. Size (for example 50–70 millimetre onion) belongs on the Request for Quote (RFQ).
Dried forms — flakes, kibbled, powder — sit with the dehydrated powders desk. Do not send a fresh-onion packing note for a powder lot.
Overseas reefer: name the port. The temperature window travels with the quote, not after it.
